GENERAL POLICIES - CHEVERE BEACH

1. Sustainability and Quality
At Chevere Beach, we implement sustainable practices for environmental conservation, ensuring high-quality services and continuous improvement. We celebrate our multicultural heritage by integrating Colombian and Italian traditions.

2. Formalization and Safety
We ensure transparency and legality in all our activities. We implement security and emergency protocols that meet national standards.

3. Legal Warnings

  • Law 679 of 2001: The exploitation and sexual abuse of minors are punishable by law in Colombia.
  • Law 30 of 1896: The use of drugs and controlled substances is prohibited.

4. Registration and Accommodation
All guests must register with identification (passport or ID) and pay in advance. Signing the registration form indicates acceptance of the regulations. There are no refunds for early departures or date changes; accommodation is non-transferable.

5. Conditions of Stay

  • Bedrooms: Moderation in sound volume is requested. The hotel is not responsible for damages caused by electronic devices.
  • Bathrooms: Private and shared bathrooms are available, equipped with safety measures.
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM. Check-out: Before 11:00 AM; late check-out incurs an additional fee.
  • Breakfast: Served only from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
  • Laundry: Unauthorized use is prohibited; please contact reception for more information.
  • Towels: Removing towels from the hotel is prohibited.
  • Forgotten Items: Items or clothing left behind will be held for one month.
  • Quiet Hours: Noise is prohibited after 11:00 PM; violations may result in expulsion without refund.

6. Responsibility
The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables not secured at reception. Bringing weapons and consuming psychoactive substances is prohibited. We do not assume responsibility for accidents related to alcohol or substance use, nor for acts of God.

7. Check-out and Luggage
The hotel may remove luggage left in the room after check-out, without liability for any consequences.

8. Complaints and Suggestions
Please contact reception for any concerns.

9. Use of Image and Personal Data Treatment
The guest consents to the hotel using their image on social media and other platforms. Additionally, the guest authorizes the processing of their personal data for promotional purposes and service improvement.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY

Reservations begin at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and end at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

GUARANTEE POLICY

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. If a credit card is not available, a cash deposit of 100,000 Colombian pesos must be provided, which will be refunded at check-out if no damages are reported.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Refundable Rates: Cancellations or changes made 5 days prior to check-in will incur no penalty; thereafter, 50% of the first night will be charged.
  • Non-Refundable Rates: In case of no-show, the total advance payment will be charged.

BEHAVIOR AND RESPECT FOR FACILITIES

Guests are expected to care for the facilities and respect other guests and staff. Behaviors that disturb the peace will not be tolerated. By choosing Chevere Beach, you agree to comply with these policies, ensuring a pleasant experience for all.
